Quilting Production & Processing
The quilting production department features state-of-the-art American multi-needle machines that process materials such as wool, cotton, clima comfort, and fabric, focusing on design, durability, and the highest levels of comfort when lying on the mattress.
Our latest technology design equipment allows our design team to explore new possibilities and prospects for your mattress daily. As the only company in Greece with these specific machines, we take pride in our ability to process materials with a horizontal needle direction, significantly protecting the raw materials that contribute to the mattress's comfort and relaxation.
At the same time, paying attention to even the smallest details, the quilting production team at DIMSTEL uses only the best European threads, always accompanied by quality certificates.
Spring Production
This department is considered top in its field, featuring one of the most organized and modernly equipped spring production departments globally. Here, we manufacture all types of springs used in our collection.
Our raw material is wire, in different thicknesses, high strengths, and specific quality standards. More than 268 different springs can be designed, developed, and produced at our facilities. By heating all our springs to 300°C, we ensure high elasticity and maximum durability—two crucial features for high levels of comfort, immediate responsiveness, and body support during sleep.
Our independently produced springs are pre-compressed in their transport channels before being covered with special fabric and moved to the final production stage, achieving greater elasticity and immediate response to every movement.
Adhesive Line
This department is characterized by its unique hot eco-friendly glue spraying system, which ensures excellent performance and durability over time. The "intelligent" spraying stations are designed and programmed to spray both the right amount of glue and the appropriate points of each type of mattress, maximizing the distinct advantages and features that each one provides.
Unique presses, specially designed for the mattress industry, press the mattresses for a specific period, thus opening all the "cells" of the materials and providing a unique advantage of better ventilation for each mattress.
Design Completion
Each mattress is completed with the final stitching stage. This stage adds the "final touch" with high-quality and well-designed fabric. Each side of the mattresses is finished with the care and craftsmanship that characterize the people of DIMSTEL.
Quality Control
A fundamental principle of our company is quality, hygiene, and providing the best and most modern products on the market. This cannot be achieved without quality control of each product individually before the final production stage.
With care and dedication to our product, we inspect every inch of the mattress, aiming for it to reach the consumer without any flaws.
Product Packaging
This stage involves packaging the finished product in a special recyclable bag, sealed airtight to maintain each mattress's hygiene until delivery to its final destination.
With sensitivity to the environment, we ensure that we use materials that do not burden it.
Storage & Distribution
DIMSTEL mattresses are stored in our own facilities, which adhere to all hygiene and safety standards. Specifically, a special coating covers the entire surface of our factory, preventing dust from entering the mattress. Additionally, glass surfaces have been treated to prevent UV radiation from damaging the products, and the conditions of the facilities have been properly regulated to avoid moisture and extreme temperature changes.
DIMSTEL mattresses are distributed using our own trucks, ensuring prompt customer service and showing the necessary respect for our products.
